How do you ship my order?
Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground. If you’re in a hurry, we’re always happy to ship FedEx Overnight or 2-day service. Also, many of our distributors like to use their own UPS or FedEx account.
Is there a shipping and handling charge?
Just a charge for shipping, if we’re shipping using our account. Many of our distributors use their own UPS or FedEx account. We don’t charge a separate fee for handling.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes! We ship to several countries around the world.
What is the payment process?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the beginning of the process. The balance plus any shipping fees are charged at the time of shipment.
For deposits and final payment we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well as direct deposit, bank wire transfer or company check. With approved credit we offer “net 20 day” terms for the final payment. It does not apply to the deposit.
What is your returns policy?
Since all of our work is custom, we only accept returns of defective goods.

What sizes do the recycled tire bracelets come in?
Bracelets come in three sizes, small (6.7″), large (7.75″) and one size fits most (7.5″). We can also do custom sizes upon request.
What sizes do the color bracelets come in?
We have a small and large size. You can do a combination of sizes (for example, half small & half large)
Small: Expands from 5 1/2″ – 7 1/2″, best for women and children
Large: Expands from 6″ – 8 1/2″, best for men
If you’re having a hard time deciding, or if the bracelets are going to be handed out at an event, it’s best to go with the large size. They fit the widest range of wrist sizes.
What are the color bracelets made from?
The bands are nylon and the metal is pewter and consists of both recycled and new pewter, which is necessary to make the metal consistent.
What are the recycled tire bracelets made from?
Every ITo bracelet contains at least 30% recycled tires. The tires that are incorporated into rubber are tires that otherwise would have been put into landfills that are breeding grounds for mosquitoes, vermin, and other disease carrying insects or burned. In addition to the patented process that includes post-consumer recycled tire waste, the rubber is manufactured in the U.S.A., does not contain any harmful or toxic ingredients in the manufacturing process, and is transported via carriers that are part of the EPA’s Smart Way program.

Will I see a proof of my custom product before it’s made?
Yes, we show you artwork of your bracelet or key tag for your approval before we begin manufacturing.
Can we do a custom shaped bead?
Absolutely! Be creative, we can do almost anything!
Is there a minimum order for custom products?
The minimum custom bracelet order is 250 pieces and the minimum custom key tag order is 100 pieces.

What can I put on the custom bracelets and key tags?
Almost anything! On the standard and long curved metal beads, you have all four sides to work with. On the round and mini beads, the top and bottom. The less characters you use, the bigger the letters will be. We can also apply most logos. In fact, the round bead is perfect for logos! On the key tags, your message or logo is screen printed on both sides of the rubber. You have approximately a 1/2″ X 2″ print area on both sides.
